Entry Requirements

Admission requirements are met by one of the following:

  • Successful completion of the Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training (or equivalent) and the awarding of an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) of at least 60*.
  • Successful completion of a national qualification at Certificate III level or higher.
  • Successful completion of at least 0.5 year of full-time study (or equivalent) of a higher education degree/diploma.
  • Overseas secondary or tertiary qualifications considered equivalent to the above Australian qualifications.
  • Attainment of a STAT Multiple Choice score of 140.
  • Successful completion of the Tertiary Enabling Program, the Preparation for Tertiary Success courses, or other recognised tertiary preparation course.
  • Submission of an acceptable personal competencies statement and/or employment experience.
  • Defence members with service of 1 year or more at the following ranks (or higher) meet the academic entry requirement for this course:

Whilst there are no formal entry requirements for FNS40222 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, the preferred pathway is:

  • FNS30322 Certificate III in Accounts Administration or other relevant qualification/s.

Entry Requirements

There are no no specific entry requirements for this course however, it is highly recommended that individuals hold the Certificate III in Events or have vocational experience in industry equivalent to a Certificate III level prior to enrolling into this course. Students that do not have pre-existing tourism industry knowledge will be encouraged to seek employment in the industry.

A pre-enrolment induction will be conducted, and students will be required to complete a learner support indicator to determine any learner support requirements. The Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) is an online course designed for experienced registered nurses who want to build their professional practice capability and seek endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner in line with the Standards of Practice set by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Entry Requirements

Applicants must:

  • hold current and unrestricted registration as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • have completed a graduate certificate or higher degree in their nursing clinical field
  • provide a curriculum vitae demonstrating a minimum of two-years of full time equivalent (FTE) employment as a registered nurse in a specified clinical field and a minimum of an additional two-years FTE of recent advanced nursing practice in the same clinical field.
  • provide evidence from an approved health care organisation that support the applicant and the clinical requirements, including supervision and clinical support for a minimum of 300 hours of supernumerary integrated professional practice during the course.

Everyone employed or volunteering in child-related work is required by law to hold an Ochre Card. It will, therefore, be a mandatory requirement to hold an Ochre card in order to complete any placement.
