Graduate Diploma
The Graduate Diploma in Commerce offers students an opportunity to complement and extend their undergraduate studies with further study in one of six commerce subjects. It is ideal for those who wish to transition into postgraduate study and is also suitable for graduates with a non-commerce degree who have an interest or career goals in any of these areas.
For non-commerce graduates who are working in roles with a business focus, studying the GradDipCom part-time can help expand your knowledge in a business discipline and upskill you on current concepts and practices. This makes the Diploma a great option for professional development.
Entry to the Graduate Diploma requires a bachelor's degree, which does not need to be in the same area of study. If you gained your qualification overseas, this will need to be assessed to ensure it is of an equivalent standard.
Acceptance for the programme will depend on the standard and relevance of your previous studies.
If English is your additional language, you are also required to meet UC's English language requirements.
For the full entry requirements, see the Regulations for the Graduate Diploma in Commerce or use the admission requirements checker.
You can apply online at myUC. Find out how to apply for graduate and postgraduate qualifications.
As a commerce graduate, you could work in numerous and varied roles from being an accountant, economist, and financial analyst, through to being a marketer or information systems specialist. You could become a manager, consultant, or be your own boss.
