Entry Requirements
To enter the Graduate Diploma (Marketing) you will have:
been awarded or qualified for an advanced diploma or associate degree, or equivalent;
achieved an overall academic score of 5.5 in an IELTS assessment, with no band score less than 5.0. or equivalent TOEFL score.
The Bachelor of Economics Bachelor of Sustainability and Environment offers students the analytical and quantitative skills required for an in-depth understanding of key economic principles and the multidisciplinary knowledge of sustainability required to operate within the green economy.
This short course in economics will help you develop the analytical skills needed to be an effective problem solver of real-life issues, ranging from employment and housing, to public health, transport and environmental pollution. It also provides a springboard to further study.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entrance requirements. You will not be expected to have any marketing experience or knowledge prior to enrolling in this course.
As a general guide to entry, learners will be best equipped to achieve the course outcome if they have a minimum level of literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) Level
Reading - ACSF Level 4, Numeracy - ACSF Level 3
All potential learners will undertake a pre-training review and an LLN assessment to determine:
The learner's ACSF level and any additional support requirements to enable the learner to undertake the course and achieve the course outcomes
The learner's interest and/or relevant experience
The learner's previous educational achievements and experience

IELTS overall 6.5; reading 6; writing 6; speaking 6; listening 6. For other English Language Proficiency Tests and Scores approved for UQ
TOEFL iBT (including Paper Edition) - Overall 87, listening 19, reading 19, writing 21 and speaking 19.
PTE Academic - Overall Score of 64 and 60 in all sub bands.
BE - A minimum overall grade of 4 plus a minimum grade of C in all macro skills.
CES - Overall 176 and 169 in all sub bands.
OET is not accepted.
