This skill set addresses the skills and knowledge to assist the human resources function in an organisation as well as meeting the entry requirements for the BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management.

Students enrolling in an accredited skill set are exempt from the Basic Skills Builder Testing (bksb).
However, the applicant must acknowledge an online declaration, within the online application process,
that the applicant has the necessary language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) skills to undertake the study and/or will access LLN support if required.
To be eligible for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Case Management, a student must have:
completed a Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised University (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing) and a GPA of at least 4.0; OR
completed a Certificate IV VET/TAFE qualification in a related discipline from a recognised Institute (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing) AND a minimum of one year full-time professional experience in the disability, rehabilitation or related human services fields; OR
completed a minimum of three years full-time professional experience in the disability, rehabilitation or related human services fields and can demonstrate the ability to undertake graduate study through a discussion with the Program Director and provision of curriculum vitae and an employer's reference.
