Entry Requirements
Learners must be at least 16 years of age when enrolling in the program. This requirement meets the minimum age requirements for training and working in the Electrotechnology field in Victoria, determined by Energy Safe Victoria (ESV).
Learners must have a minimum of Year 10 English and Mathematics (Year 11 highly recommended).
This course is not recommended if you find mathematics at this level challenging.
Prior to enrolment or commencement of training you will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training interview. These will assist with determining your suitability to the course, verify your training plan, and identify any learning support needs.

New students who have not studied PMA50116 Diploma of Process Plant Technology must apply instead for the lower level qualification due to pre-requisite skills/knowledge requirements.
