The Certificate of Proficiency (Undergraduate) is not a formal qualification. You should only apply for this certificate if you are intending to only complete one or two undergraduate courses.

Note: This programme may have an on-campus or in-person requirement and therefore requires that students submit a current My Vaccine Pass on enrolment. If you are already enrolled at Massey this qualification also enables you to add a complementary area of study to your main degree.

The Foundation Certificate in Agriculture is a programme of study for those who are interested in studying agriculture, but do not have the entry requirements to be accepted directly into the Diploma in Agriculture.
Entry Requirements
To enter the Foundation Certificate in Agriculture you will have successfully completed one of the following:
12 weeks of farm employment, or
a level 3 NZQF Certificate that is agriculture-related.

Entry Requirements
To enter the Foundation Certificate (International - Accelerated) you will have:
completed NCEA Level 3, or equivalent; and
if English is not your first language, you will have achieved an IELTS of 6.0 overall with no band less than 5.5, or equivalent TOEFL score.
