Students attain training through Part-time, Full-time and Correspondence delivery with rolling intakes. Our International Student Training is a large part of our training opportunities, with students entering from all parts of the world, to complete our Full-time courses in a variety of career areas.&nbsp;The courses are diverse and suit all backgrounds, looking for a rewarding career from Certificate II level through to Advanced Diploma levels.

Work experience and employment assistance, are embedded in our training support system.&nbsp;The focus is to enhance professionalism, strong work ethic, excellence in practical competency and performance.

<h4>Applying for postgraduate study</h4>

If you want to further your career or want a completely different career, Flinders has a range of postgraduate courses to help you realise your full potential.

Many of its postgraduate courses are nested meaning if you enrol in a Masters and do not complete it – but do complete the nested Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma – you may exit with that qualification.

Most graduate entry bachelor degrees, graduate certificates and graduate diplomas require a three-year undergraduate degree from an Australian university or equivalent.

The normal minimum requirement for masters or PhD candidature is a four-year honours degree or equivalent, with Second Class Honours (2A) or better, or a coursework masters with a distinction average.

There are also minimum entry requirements for each course. But if you don’t meet the requirements you may be admitted (subject to specific conditions) at the discretion of the faculty offering the course.

Overseas qualifications need to be equivalent to the above to be considered for entry.
