Australia's tertiary education regulator TEQSA (Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency) has granted IMC partial self-accreditation authority ("SAA") in the broad field of education Management and Commerce, which covers the Australian Qualification Framework from Level 5 (Diploma) to Level 9 (Masters degrees) courses offered at IMC.

IMC is just one of twelve Australian private providers to be awarded this status. By participating in professional work experience during their studies, IMC students learn to apply their academic training as well as develop teamwork and leadership capabilities.

TasTAFE

TasTAFE is a stable, state-owned asset that operates under its own legislative functions and powers under the&nbsp;Training and Workforce Development Act 2013.

It is the largest public provider of vocational education and training in Tasmania, and is governed by an independent Statutory Board consisting of up to seven members appointed by the Minister for Education and Training.

TasTAFE’s purpose is to lead the development of Tasmania’s skilled workforce

Each year we have around 22,000 enrolments, including around 5000 apprentices, with trade apprentice numbers continuing to grow. We offer more than 200 nationally accredited and industry-endorsed qualifications ranging from Certificate I to Advanced Diploma level, as well as short courses and skill sets across more than 30 industry areas.

Being Government owned brings many benefits such as a modern network of 16 campuses and contemporary training facilities, and experienced teachers who have industry currency and competency. Our non-teaching managers and support staff also have the highest expectations placed upon their work.
