Requirements can include prerequisites (i.e. completion of certain units in Year 12), filling out a form, providing additional documentation, passing a written test, showing proof of past work experience or attending an interview or audition. Applying for your undergraduate degree at Deakin couldn’t be easier. The average application is straightforward and takes around 20 minutes to complete. Follow these steps to make the process as simple as possible.

Browse from the hundreds of exciting undergraduate courses we have on offer. Undergraduate courses at Deakin generally begin in March, but some courses also have intakes in July and November.

Charles Darwin University is somewhat unique. No other single Australian university serves such a large area of the continent, in such a remote location and with such a small population to sustain it. While the Northern Territory covers around 16 per cent of Australia, in 2015 it was home to just over 1 per cent of the population, 30 per cent of whom were Indigenous compared with around 3 per cent of the general Australian population. The only university based in the Northern Territory, CDU is a dual sector university. It is the most northerly Australian university, closer in many respects to the vast populations of Asia than to the southern Australian states.
