Janet O'Connor Postgraduate Scholarship

Background: Established in 2015, this Scholarship was bequeathed to the University of Sydney by Janet O’Connor to assist outstanding female students to further their study of writing or related topics.

Open to:

• Female students who have accepted an offer to commence, or are enrolled in their first year of the Master of English Studies, or Master of Creative Writing.
• Students transferring from a Graduate Diploma in English Studies, or Graduate Diploma in Creative Writing are not eligible for this award.

Value: Up to $15,000 paid in semesterly installments.

Duration:  Tenable for up to 3 semesters
