The guest mixologist for this masterclass is young local talent Locy from Geronimo in Launceston. Locy studied a Certificate III in Hospitality and has been mixing up cocktails with 'Eurocentric flair' using the best Tasmanian ingredients ever since. Geronimo specialises in modern European cuisine perfectly blended with years of experience and dedication to the art of cooking. They focus on share plates and beautifully balanced creative cocktail options.
