This course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders and how to safely and hygienically prepare food to prevent contamination. The course trains you on how to advise customers on coffee beverages, select and grind coffee beans, prepare espresso coffee beverages and how to maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders and food contact surfaces.
Apply for this Barista skill set course and it will assist you entering hospitality operations across a range of venues, such as cafes, kiosks, restaurants, clubs, hotels and bars.
This course is delivered over 1-week and involves of practical activities on campus.
