Certificate
Have you completed your Certificate III in Electrotechnology, and are now looking to take the qualification further? Do you want to get something different out of your apprenticeship? Are you looking for a course that will give you job security, but is also out of the ordinary?
If you answered 'yes', then a Certificate IV in Instrumentation and Control will put you in the lead, as you safely and effectively operate advanced Instrumentation and Control systems.
You may already have all the foundation skills you need to complete this course, and with this qualification completed, you'll know how to select, install, set up, fault find, repair and maintain specialised systems and devices for measuring and recording physical/chemical phenomenon.
Students must hold the following pre requisite units (or equivalent): UEECD0007 UEECD0051 and UEECD0043. If you hold the unit UEEEL0039 A Class Electrician's License you automatically meet these requirements for this cohort.
When you successfully complete the units offered for this course, there are so many career options for you. This includes gaining credits towards your Instrumentation apprenticeship, completing it, and then working as a Dual Trade Electrician/Instrumentation Fitter, or even an Instrumentation Fitter - the limit to where your career can go is endless.
