Graduate Certificate
The Graduate Certificate of Corporate Governance will equip graduates with a range of skills which may assist them on the path to becoming company directors, with an understanding of law, leadership and design thinking issues. The role of governance is becoming more important and evident due to highly visible corporate failures, executive remuneration, and corporate decision making. A knowledge of governance is becoming more important for those in senior management roles, including board members, company directors, members of the C-suite, company secretaries, accountants and workers looking to move into senior management roles. Equipping graduates with this knowledge will help them to navigate legal and governance issues in decision making.

To qualify for the award of Graduate Certificate of Corporate Governance students must complete four core units (or equivalent) (50 credit points).Maximum Academic CreditThe maximum level of credit that can be granted for the Graduate Certificate of Corporate Governance is 25 credit points (normally two units)
