About this course

The Diploma of Business (Operations) will equip you with specialist knowledge in coordinating business projects.

You will learn to lead teams, identify marketing opportunities, develop administrative systems and manage budgets and financial plans. Your coursework will take you through the development of business plans and the management of business resources.

By the time you graduate, you will have strong critical and creative thinking skills and the confidence to actively engage with the management of an organisation.

Please note: If you complete the Course in Introductory Skills within 6 months, you gain automatic entry into the diploma. You will have 2 years from enrolment to complete the remaining units of the diploma. You are required to be self-directed in your learning and complete your coursework at a reasonable progression, so you can earn your qualification within this timeframe.

Entry requirements

  • Hold a Year 12 Certificate of Completion

OR

  • Completion of a Cert IV or above in any field

OR

  • Can demonstrate relevant work experience and meet the language, literacy and numeracy requirements to study at the diploma level.
