.

Develop specialist skills in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and you'll open the door to a range of employment opportunities in this essential field, which is key to ensuring air quality for healthy and comfortable living.

Be guided by our skilled team of lecturers who are experienced industry professionals as you are trained in designing and implementing today's computer controlled HVAC systems for residential and commercial settings, using thermodynamics principles. Gain key knowledge of psychrometric processes such as sensible heating, sensible cooling, humidification and de-humidification. You'll learn the importance of energy management as well as building information modelling and producing engineering drawings.

A career in HVAC offers job diversity visiting various sites, as well as job consistency all year round no matter the weather, with a constant need for the cooling and heating of the spaces we live, work and play in.

Turn up the heat on your career, get the credentials to be a 'fixer' of the air we breathe and further advance your engineering skills to a supervisory level. You'll gain a nationally recognised qualification to prepare you for work in this specialised field and be job ready for roles such as Mechanical Design Engineer, HVAC Engineering Associate or Project Manager.
