This diploma is suited to students who enjoy helping people to reach their financial goals, are personable, interactive and are interested in the financial services industry, its clients, products and legislation.
Our delivery and assessment methodology is based on industry-related portfolios, ensuring that you will be job-ready when you graduate.
Current Year 12: Successful completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent; or the Australian Senior VCAL Certificate.
This program does not select on ATAR.
Non Year 12: Completion of post-secondary studies; or at least 6 months' work experience.
The program meets vocational needs of employers in financial institutions and related industries. In addition, the program's focus on key areas such as the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), financial planning, superannuation, managed funds and life insurance maximises employment opportunities for our graduates.
As a financial services professional, you can work for a broad range of organisations that deal with the management of money including banks, credit card companies, insurance companies, consumer finance companies, stock brokerages and investment funds.
