About this course

Hear from our students

"There's lots to do in the workshop; lots of interaction in the classroom too. At this stage we have done a lot of material testing, so we've used the tensile tester, the hardness test, the charpy test and we've done a lot of experiments. The lecturer has also run us through a 3D printer. We've done a couple of scans on that too.

I would like to do small house design in sustainable living. I'm really interested in sustainability. I think it's honestly the way of the future, being more careful about the materials that we are using and the impact that we are having."
