This qualification reflects the role of hairdressers who use a range of well-developed sales, consultation and technical skills and knowledge to provide a broad range of hairdressing services to clients. They use discretion and judgement to provide client services and take responsibility for the outcomes of their own work.
This program is appropriate for a person wishing to gain the standard trade training qualification for hairdressing, which will allow you to work in salons, hotels, cruise ships and resorts.
If what you have learned at work, from other courses, units, from life experience or training provided at work is relevant to this course, you may be entitled to gain unit credits or exemptions.
