The extension is suitable for the Energy Engineering graduate aiming at a career in the subsurface energy and water supply chain and subsurface energy storage theme. Examples include geothermal energy extraction or heat storage (geothermal batteries), natural hydrogen extraction or hydrogen storage, natural gas extraction and storage as well as the important aspects of clean water supply and waste-water management.
