Masters (Coursework)
Demand for exercise physiologists is increasing as Australia's population ages. Recent data from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare indicates that chronic illness currently contributes to 70 per cent of the health burden in Australia, and this is expected to rise to 80 per cent by 2020. As a graduate of Charles Sturt University's Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, you can work to improve people's health and wellbeing and make a positive contribution to the health of your community. Positions are available in private practice, multidisciplinary health clinics, workplace health centres, hospitals, aged care facilities and commercial health and fitness centres.
