Purpose: To provide financial support to students enrolled in their Honours year in the area of Humanities or Social Sciences at Charles Darwin University and to honour Maxwell Carment.

- Must be enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Bachelor of Creative Arts and Industries (Honours), Bachelor of Psychological Science Honours or Bachelor of Social Work Honours
- Must be a resident of the Northern Territory
