To gain entry into SHB30416 Certificate III in Barbering as an Apprentice, candidates require:
Students can undertake this course as non-apprentices at the Palmerston or Alice Springs campus; the full-time course program is designed for applicants over the age of 21.
The Training Salon is a simulated work environment, students must wear work clothing suited to the industry (see flyer for requirements).

To achieve SHB30516 Certificate III in Barbering a total of twenty-six (26) units of competency must be completed comprising twenty-one (21) Core and five (5) Elective units as detailed in the packaging rules and listed below. The electives offered may vary between campuses.The total Nominal Hours for the sequence listed below is 790 - 815.
