Overview
The National University Scholarship aims reward academic excellence in secondary school studies by providing assistance with living costs and other expenses related to tertiary studies.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, or hold an Australian Permanent Residency Status or Permanent Humantarian Visa.
- Completed Year 12 or equivalent in 2017 or completed Year 12 or equivalent in 2016 and did not enrol in a tertiary program in 2017.
- Have put at least one ANU program as a first, second or third preference when applying for admission through the Universities Admissions Centre (NSW & ACT).
You do not have to:
- restrict your program choice
- be interviewed for scholarship selection
- send your Resume/CV.
Selection basis
An Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) score of 99.90 and above or equivalent (no bonus points).
Benefits
The scholarships offer a stipend of $12,500 per annum paid in equal instalments at the beginning of each semester for up to 5 years.
How to apply
No application is required. All eligible applicants with ANU as a first, second or third preference when applying through the Universities Admissions Centre (NSW & ACT) will be automatically considered.
Further information
All eligible students who obtains the required ATAR score or equivalent will be made an offer (no bonus points).
