By studying hospitality management, you develop the decision making, organisational and strategic thinking skills to effectively manage hospitality entities in ways that are sustainable and people focused.

You take two core courses that give you a fundamental understanding of applied food and beverage management, and international hospitality management. You're also introduced to human resource management in hospitality, finance and financial decision-making in hospitality, and the global context of food and beverage management.
