Start your journey towards creating positive experiences for customers and employees in hospitality organisations by studying hospitality enterprise.

Year 1

You take two core courses that give you a fundamental understanding of applied food and beverage management, and international hospitality management. You're also introduced to human resource management in hospitality, human and organisational behaviour, and social enterprise and innovation in hospitality.
