Do you like the idea of developing innovative ways to make businesses and other organisations run as efficiently as possible? Study management and leadership as part of the Bachelor of Business degree.
As a management and leadership student you learn about managing in different organisational types, sizes and industries. You'll become familiar with strategy development, how to lead to create change, how to assess the future of work, how to build resilience in yourself and others, as well sustainability, social responsibility and stakeholder relations.
Year 1In the first semester, you take four core courses that cover fundamental business concepts:

Year 2 & 3You gain an understanding of the factors that influence people's behaviour in organisations, learn processes to manage projects and change in the workplace, and analyse aspects of developing and managing people.

Workplace experienceWork integrated learning is the final part of your degree and takes place in your final semester. You can choose to do a placement in an organisation of your choice, do a virtual internship or complete a research project, bringing together your learning and gaining valuable experience.
