With this programme you'll learn how to identify, assess and manage changes that need to be made for businesses to thrive. Additionally, you'll develop leadership skills to direct transformation in response to the turbulent, ever-evolving world of business in New Zealand and internationally.
Your studies will explore project management, leadership, organisational behaviour, business transformation and change, and strategic management. You'll develop practical capabilities for change management, strategic planning, project management and leadership. In addition, you'll channel the knowledge and skills you acquire into a practical industry project for a local business or organisation, in which you'll address business issues or advance business opportunities. In the process, you'll strengthen your understanding of transformation and change.
As a graduate you will be ready to take on roles in project leadership, change management/advisement, coaching, management consulting, training/learning and development, strategic management, performance management and organisational development.
