Entry Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the Master of Professional Accounting, a student must:
hold any Bachelor degree from a recognised University (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing) with a minimum GPA 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale), OR
hold a Griffith Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting (or equivalent) with a minimum GPA of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale). Students with a Griffith Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting will receive 40 credit points of credit.
Students who have completed a degree with accounting studies but not accredited with CPA Australia for Associate membership will be considered for admission.
This Graduate Diploma program is also an EXIT POINT from the Master of Finance (5592). The Graduate Diploma of Finance is a flexible program designed for students from non-finance backgrounds who would like to fill a gap in their knowledge in finance and investments.

To be eligible for admission to the Graduate Diploma in Finance, an applicant must:
hold any Bachelor degree (or higher) from a recognised University (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing) with a minimum GPA of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale), OR
have a minimum of five years equivalent full-time professional work experience in a relevant field, OR
have a combination of alternative admission criteria such as formal, informal and non-formal learning deemed to be equivalent to either of the above.
Evidence of work experience must include a detailed work history (roles, responsibilities and achievements).
For experienced advisers holding a related degree, the Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning provides an opportunity to meet the new regulatory requirements and advance knowledge in areas such as finance, leadership, consumer behaviour and more.

hold any Bachelor degree (or higher) from a recognised University (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing) with a minimum GPA of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale), OR
have a minimum of five years equivalent full-time professional work experience in a relevant field, OR
have a combination of alternative admission criteria such as formal, informal and non-formal learning deemed to be equivalent to either of the above, OR
be an 'existing provider' as defined in the Professional Standards legislation.
