This course trains novice operators in the skills required to enter the industry as a certified excavator operator. The course covers: * Plan and prepare for hydraulic excavator operations; * Operate hydraulic excavator; * Carry out operator maintenance; and * Carry out housekeeping activities.

Do you need to operate an excavator for work? . The Excavator Skills Set is a 5 day course where you will learn how to conduct excavator operations within the civil construction industry.

This two day skill set provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to use VHF, HF and UHF marine radios correctly.. This course is a mandatory requirement of the Coxswain Grade 1 and Coxswain Grade 2 qualifications (where a vessel has a VHF, HR or UHF radio onboard).
