    • The other form can be a Medicare Card, any Utility Bill, etc. (that has your full name).

    • Students are expected to have basic English reading, writing and numeracy skills to complete the National Assessment Instrument (NAI) - the mandated assessment.
    • It is expected that students will be able to communicate in English without assistance from another person (including a translator).
    • Students must be prepared to undertake the written and practical tests under specific test conditions (e.g. closed book, stipulated time frame).
    • Students need to be able to get on and off the forklift using three points of contact, without assistance.
