Completion of the bksb (Basic Key Skills Builder) online literacy and numeracy assessment prior to enrolment, unless the student has completed an equal or higher level course.

A Bachelor of Communication Design provides the skills and knowledge to share information visually across a range of media, using a variety of techniques, tools and technologies from related disciplines.
The Master of Visual Arts degree is suited to both artists who want to deepen their understanding of the contemporary art world, as well as graduates who are changing disciplines and want to pursue and expand their artistic and creative capabilities.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the Master of Visual Arts, applicants must:
hold a Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum GPA of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale)
OR hold a Bachelor degree or a Graduate Certificate (or higher) in a cognate discipline from a recognised University with a minimum GPA of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale) - these students will be eligible for 40 credit points of advanced standing
OR hold a Bachelor Honours degree or a Graduate Diploma (or higher) in a cognate discipline from a recognised University with a minimum GPA of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale) - these students will be eligible for 80 credit points of advanced standing
OR have a combination of alternative admission criteria such as formal, informal and non-formal learning deemed to be equivalent to either of the above - these students may be eligible for 10 to 80 credit points of advanced standing
AND provide a brief personal statement of 2-3 paragraphs outlining:

You will be required to undertake the Basic Knowledge Skills Builder (BKSB) to confirm you have the required Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills to work at Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) exit level 2 or higher.
