To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Fine Arts you will :
have gained a relevant bachelor's degree with a grade average that demonstrates an adequate level of preparation
be selected into the programme through an interview and the assessment of a portfolio of submitted work
have an appropriate level of English language proficiency.
You will need to submit verified copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University.

TAKE YOUR ARTS LEARNING TO THE NEXT LEVEL. Bachelor of Arts graduates can undertake an additional year of study in the Honours program, which gives you the opportunity to build on the skills and knowledge gained in the foundation degree.

The University's Bachelor Honours Degree (AQF Level 8) Policy will apply.
Applicants for this Honours program must have successfully completed the Bachelor of Arts (or equivalent) with a GPA of 5.0 (using a 7.0 point scale) over second and third year level courses.
The suitability of the proposed dissertation topic and availability of supervisors will also be considered.

An offer of admission into the course will be conditional on a student passing: a Civil Aviation Safety Authority approved Aviation English Language Proficiency Test; and obtaining a Class 1 Aviation Medical and an Australian Security Identification Card, in Term 1 of the first year. If you enrol in a QTAC offer in the following dual TAFE-Qld Brisbane/QUT award you will automatically receive a QUT conditional offer in June (semester 1 QTAC offer) or October (semester 2 QTAC offer) after your enrolment at TAFE-Qld Brisbane is confirmed.
