One year's welding experience, subsequent to or during an apprenticeship to an acceptable trade, including 40 hours training in the welding of pipe using the manual metal-arc welding process; or
Two years' welding experience and documentary evidence of the successful completion of one or more welding programs, which includes at least 300 hours training in the theory and practice of welding and, during or subsequent to this period, 40 hours training in the welding of pipe using the manual metal-arc welding process; or
Three years' welding experience and, during or subsequent to this period, 40 hours training in the welding of pipe using the metal-arc welding process.
This qualification reflects the job roles of workers in the accounting industry, including BAS Agents and contract bookkeepers; and of those employees performing bookkeeping tasks for organisations in a range of industries.
