Admission requirements are completion of BKSB assessment with an outcome of ACSF exit level 3 - working level 4, for both literacy and numeracy, Prior to commencing this qualification an individual must have completed the following units of competency (or equivalent). FNSACC321, FNSACC322, FNSACC418, FNSACC421, (this unit is the equivalent version of BSBFIA401 Prepare financial reports), the competencies may have been achieved through completion of the following (or their equivalent): FNSSS00014 - Accounting Principles Skill Set, FNS40222 - Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping

This course is for adult learners who are interested in delivering effortless customer service. It will help you develop your skills and knowledge in effortless customer service.
Adult learners who are interested in the course content for general knowledge, or for those working with groups, either in the community or the workplace, particularly in regards to developing their skills and knowledge in creating positive conversations with challenging customers.

All applicants to complete BKSB and must obtain ACSF exit level 2 (working at level 3) in both literacy and numeracy, Applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of commencement, Please note students will be required to undertake manual handling, inlcuding heavy lifting of up to 8kg, use restaurant tools, move furniture and be able to stand for a minimum of 4 hour blocks.
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of commencement, Applicants must provide a Senior Secondary Certificate or complete the Basic Key Skill Builder (BKSB) Assessment and achieve an outcome of exit level 2 - working level 3 in both literacy and numeracy, Applicants need to have a basic knowledge of the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Internet and email use and have access to a computer or tablet, Please note: students must be able to stand unassisted and hold arms at shoulder height for prolonged periods and be comfortable with working one on one in close proximity to both males and females

Applicants must be a minimum of 16 years of age at the time of course commencement and have a disability and/or special learning needs. Applicants are also required to complete an assessment for literacy and numeracy.
Chisholm's Bachelor of Engineering Technology is accredited with Engineers Australia, the peak body for the engineering profession in Australia. Local and interstate applicants are welcome to apply, as per the course entry requirements.
