Study communication design and apply graphic design and digital skills to create typographic and visual meaning in graphic and interaction design, branding, illustration, photography, advertising, motion graphics and art direction.
Note: This programme may have an on-campus or in-person requirement and therefore requires that students submit a current My Vaccine Pass on enrolment.

To enter the Bachelor of Design with Honours programme you will:
submit a portfolio (if you do well in NCEA Level 2 art, design or technology (or equivalent) you may not need to submit a portfolio. See details below.)

In the Bachelor of Creative Media Production (Honours), you'll take your own project from conception to completion under the expert supervision of our industry-connected staff. It could be a short film, video game, mixed reality experience or whatever you can imagine.

To enter the Bachelor of Creative Media Production (Honours) you will:
have been awarded or qualified for a Bachelor of Creative Media Production or equivalent with at least a B grade average over the highest level courses.
You must provide verified copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University.
The Certificate in Visual Arts is made up of four courses from the first year of our Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Creative Media Production and Bachelor of Maori Visual Arts programmes.
